~Come Home to Yourself~

Embodiment Coaching

About Me
Welcome. My name is Sonya Lea.
I’ve always been a bit of a rebel soul. I believe in showing up, asking questions and continually testing my limits & beliefs. I am always evolving and reinventing myself one day at a time. I love to encourage people to embrace their individuality, and develop a playful curiosity towards the way they move, think, and feel. I believe that the most profound and lasting effects are in the small and seemingly subtle shifts we make when we are “tuned in” and paying attention to the messages of our physical, emotional and spiritual landscape. It is my greatest desire to educate and empower people to feel deeply at home in their own bodies – and my hope that the resulting awareness, trust and confidence, in turn, will radiate outward to create lives that truly thrive.
Work With Me
Are you ready to deepen your relationship with yourself?
Your body is a direct line to your soul. We start exactly where you are at and use the divine intelligence of your body to guide you back to the core of who you are – reestablishing deep trust in yourself & your innate wholeness. We can work together at the level of the body through selected movement practices; at the level of the mind through the coaching process; or at the level of the spirit through energy work sessions – all of which are designed to help you tap into the wellspring of the deep knowledge housed within. Each session can be intuitively crafted to meet your specific needs, but is always aimed at uncovering and embodying your silent strength within.

Blog
Hi, and welcome. I am beyond thrilled you are here.
This space functions all at once as a sharing of my core beliefs and practices, a container for my creative expression, and an open invitation to explore this work with me further. It arose organically out of a deep desire to be of service and to inspire those who crave the same deep connection as I do. I hope my work will be a place where we can engage in meaningful exploration, nurture deep connection, and to cultivate more of the authenticity we are all so deeply craving.
“Coming home to ourselves feels like belonging; it is a state that holds us and enables us to hold others.”
— Kaira Jewel Lingo, Author of “We Were Made for These Times”
